I'd like to purchase flowers that ship 5th May and another flower. Can you ship them together?

Yes, we can. To thank you for consolidating your order into one shipment and ordering in advance, we'll prioritize shipping your order first on 5th May!

If you require them before 5th May, please opt for our ready stock flowers aka listings that are not marked with "Ships 5th May". We are unable to ship our Mother's Day collection any earlier than 5th May.

Can I select a delivery date?

Yes, you can by dropping us a message on your preferred delivery date! Please note that this is applicable to next/same-day delivery only. We understand this comes with additional cost, and are offering free next day delivery when you spend $70 and above.

I just placed an order! How do I make payment?

How long will my bouquet last?

Store them in a clean area, clean the flowers gently with abit of lukewarm water once every 3 months and they can last for years!

Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes, we can advise better on customized designs on live chat. Please reach out to us 2 weeks in advance and note that customization availability depends on our schedule!

We are unable to do any customizations in May leading up to Mother's Day due to overwhelming demand.

Can I request my order to be sent to multiple locations?

Unfortunately, this can cause confusion in our operations. Please place separate orders and verify the shipping addresses to avoid delay. Alternatively, you can arrange for the flowers to be sent to your address and distribute it yourself.
