What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know with your order number, photos if you're reporting a product fault, and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our warehouse operating hours are 10am - 5.30pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Important: Therefore, Friday and weekend orders will be processed on Monday and you will receive on Tuesday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery times vary depending on your location and cannot be guaranteed as the delivery personnel will take the most optimized route daily.
If your order is going to an office or gated compound, please make sure that the delivery personnel can complete his/her delivery by letting us know in advance of any special instructions to follow. You can do so by replying to your order confirmation email or live chat.
Important note: We do not allow any change in address, and this includes rerouting of your parcel once your order has shipped.
In the case of failed delivery, a redelivery fee of $12 applies and is to be borne by the customer. Please respect everyone's time - the delivery personnel is not obliged to wait at the location for you nor can he make changes in his route for you.
For HDB addresses, the delivery personnel will leave the parcel at your door and upload a proof of delivery or recipient signature.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price at checkout, before your card is charged.
